Where can I buy Elroel products?
All Elroel products are available in our online shop and in our retailer points.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times range from 24h to 48h, up to a maximum of 72h for the islands.
What payment methods are accepted?
For your purchases on the Elroel shop you can use the most common credit cards, prepaid or rechargeable cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is accepted by PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery of your order.
Was my order shipped?
When your order is shipped you receive an email from the courier with you can track the shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
In Italy shipments are completely free for orders over € 25, for orders lower is € 6,00.

I received a damaged product, what do I do?
When you receive your order, check that the box is intact and well sealed with scotch. If the box is open or damaged, sign the driver’s document specifying that you accept “with reserve”. In case the product is damaged, send an email to attaching some photos and then proceed with the return through the online form.
